I'm a professor at Mississippi State University in Computer Science and Engineering. I teach courses in Virtual Reality, Immersive Media, Computer Graphics, Data Science, Human-Centered Computing, Spatial Perception, and C/C++ Programming. My research focuses on utilizing virtual & augmented environments and psychophysics to better understand how humans perceive, behave, and interact with the world around them, whether real or synthetic. This research then feeds back into the creation of more perceptually accurate, higher fidelity virtual and augmented environments. My other research interests include mixed reality, visual neuroscience, spatial perception, physiological optics, data science, and computer graphics.
Please check out my lab's website for more about my research.
